Volunteers play a critical role in supporting Rainbow House’s mission. The following opportunities are available. Feel free to contact Kathleen at kathleen_higgins
Clinical interns: Students who will be in their second year of a master’s in social work, psychology, clinical psychology, or counseling program may apply to do a clinical internship. They will receive hands-on experience providing counseling services under the supervision of a licensed counselor. Students must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Childcare: We are looking for people to provide childcare while the adult clients are in group session. This position is critical because many adults will not come for help unless childcare is provided.
Board Members: Rainbow House board members help the organization achieve its mission by lending their expertise, providing oversight, and contributing to resource development. We are always looking for talented individuals with a commitment to service to join the board.
